- A website booking is a request until the hotel confirms it. You will see the status in My bookings.
- Rates shown are per room per night, with GST added as applicable. The final bill is prepared at the hotel.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
Stay
- Hotel policies, the cancellation policy and local law apply to every stay.
Liability
- The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended in rooms. Use the front desk for safekeeping.
